We are pleased to offer Standard Shipping across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pet to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
